Yes, I cheated with the date... my laptop has been having power issues - I think now resolved - making it hard to get to the photos stored on it, hence the long gap between posts... things should be better now. Maybe...

Thanks for this. I have been waiting to see it for so long. I remember your house when I first saw it in June 2008- there was nothing in the lounge room except the old lounge. Now it looks so beautiful and stylish, specially all dressed up for Christmas.
In the second photo I think I can see four pictures which weren't in these spots when we last visited. Also the contributions which we sent for your Christmas house, the candle plate, the tablecloth and the white star bowl all look so good...

If the pictures you can see in the second picture are the ones on the side of the staircase, they're those old photos I bought in the Paris flea market years and years ago - we put them all in different frames and hung them there in the entryway. You can probably also see the Norwegian wreath tapestry which is just draped over the picture rather than properly displayed - it was easier ;)
